As Chief Financial Officer of Ayming, Xavier is responsible for ensuring the Group’s financial stability, shaping long-term strategy, and implementing robust financial tools. He places a strong emphasis on internal client service and is recognised as a trusted business partner across all group departments. Xavier is a member of the Ayming Executive Committee.
About Xavier
Xavier plays a central role in defining and securing Ayming’s financial balance and long-term strategic direction. Beyond leading the finance function, his collaborative approach positions him as a key business partner, supporting departments across the organisation in making informed, value-driven decisions.
Xavier began his career at Société Générale in Frankfurt, then joined EY France in Paris as a financial auditor, where he gained extensive expertise on complex financial matters. He joined Ayming in 2009 and has held several senior roles in the finance team, including Deputy CFO from 2016 to 2020.
He holds a dual degree from ESC Dijon and a Master of Arts in International Finance and Accounting (MAIFA) from the Fachhochschule of Pforzheim, Germany.
