As Group Human Resources Director and member of Ayming’s Executive Committee, Marie-Alice leads the Group’s HR strategy in France and internationally. Her mission focuses on shaping a strong and attractive employer brand while fostering a collaborative, agile working culture. Her top priorities include recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement across the Group.
About Marie-Alice
With over 15 years of HR leadership experience, Marie-Alice is a firm believer in the connection between employee well-being and company performance. She founded The HappyNess Company® to help businesses foster happiness at work.
She began her career at Manpower as an agency manager and then joined Générale de Santé, where she held several senior roles — including HR Director for two Le Havre clinics, Regional HR Director for the North Region, and HR Director of the Home Care subsidiary. She also represented employers through various mandates at Medef.
In 2007, she earned a CASE certificate from HEC in Business Management and later became Global HR Director at Naos Group (2,300 employees), a position she held for six years.
