As Group President of Ayming, Hervé sets the long-term strategic direction of the group, strengthening its international presence. He chairs the Board of Directors and builds solid relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. He also serves as an ambassador for the group, embodying and promoting its values, ethics, and culture.

Hervé has consistently demonstrated empathetic leadership and deep expertise throughout his career, with an unwavering commitment to helping individuals grow and reach their performance goals.
He began his career at F-Initiatives, becoming Managing Director in 1998. After its acquisition by Alma CG, he became Head of the Innovation Division in 2001, then Chief Executive Officer in 2008.
In his book “Dés-équilibres,” Hervé draws on his own experience to explore how businesses can secure their models, accelerate innovation, and anticipate market shifts. He highlights the importance of employee time and motivation, and urges leaders to rely on openness and common sense, and to invest in team well-being.
A passionate advocate of digital transformation and people-first performance management, Hervé believes that people are the foundation of business success.
He holds a DEA from Université Paris Dauphine and studied economics at Université Paris Nanterre. He speaks French and English professionally.
He is also the founder of the Business Performance Awards, which honor companies for exceptional performance in human resources, innovation, social responsibility, and CSR.
