We raise awareness and drive action by involving Aymers in a wide range of initiatives: from biodiversity-focused conferences and training on climate-conscious practices, to soft mobility, energy optimisation, and collective efforts to reduce our carbon footprint. We also support charitable initiatives that strengthen our social impact. All these actions contribute to building a shared sustainability mindset and fostering responsible habits across the organisation.
Carbon footprint
Our Goal: Achieve carbon neutrality in line with SBTi guidelines. Each year, we measure our complete carbon footprint according to SBTi standards. But we go further, by tracking GHG emissions per Aymer, we make climate responsibility personal. This approach empowers individuals to understand their impact and take meaningful steps to reduce it.
Sustainable operations
We align our purchasing and workplace practices with circular economy principles: Prioritizing local sourcing, responsible procurement, and waste reduction through IT recycling, material reuse, and optimized office management.
