Raising awareness
CSR is part of our culture. We raise awareness through onboarding, webinars, and training, while engaging teams in events like the Climate Fresk and ESDW to make sustainability a shared mindset. Mobility is one of our biggest challenges. We promote greener mobility and encourage responsible consumption and among Aymers.
Carbon footprint
Our goal: reach carbon neutrality by 2035. Each year, we measure our full footprint in line with SBTi, tracking CO₂ emissions per employee—a clear, relatable indicator that drives collective action and supports the implementation of decarbonization plans across all our subsidiaries.
Sustainable operations
We align our purchasing and workplace practices with circular economy principles—prioritizing local sourcing, responsible procurement, and waste reduction through IT recycling, material reuse, and optimized office management.

Whistleblowing policy
We train and engage all employees on ethics and our Code of Conduct. In 2025, we strengthened our whistleblowing procedure in line with European regulations, ensuring a safe and confidential way to report any misconduct.

We continuously enhance our cybersecurity to protect client and employee data, ensure digital reliability, and meet global standards. Ayming’s commitment was recognized with the CyberVadis Gold Medal for excellence in data protection.
