How to boost the motivation of your employees ?

Ayming conducted with TNS Sofres the first survey on the motivation and commitment of employees in 7 European countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and United-Kingdom.

The survey outlines the multifaceted approach to work of European employees; the assessment of their motivation to their company is inevitably influenced by their nationality. Furthermore, the survey highlights wide disparities between European countries concerning the rate of “always present” employees.

So, how to mobilize employees in Europe ? The three key incentives for engagement are: “Work Content”, “Workplace Relationships” and “Recognition” that shall lead the management policy of European companies and organizations. The economic success of Europeans companies relies on their human resources; by integrating these themes in their policies, corporations can only grow and make their business perform”.
